Terms & Conditions

By booking our Villa and making advance payment, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions :

• The Terms and conditions listed below are applicable both for overnight stays as well as events held at the Bluehouse.
• For overnight stay you have to limit the number of guests to a maximum of 11 adults and 4 Children. For every extra person the charge is Rs.800.
• We follow a confirmation after payment policy.
• If you need to cancel, we understand and we provide 50% refund if the cancellation is made before 30 days. After 30 days there won’t be a refund.
• For Booking / reservation/ cancellation you need to contact the reservation department between 9am to 6pm.
• We are big on security.
• So, we request you to provide photo ID of guests before check in.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of the Villa. Any violations will incur a penalty of Rs5,000 from the security deposit.
• You are kindly requested not to play loud music or make loud noise between 7pm to 7 am as per government rules .
• Our Villa is located in a residential gated community. Loud music is strictly prohibited. We are ok with guests using your small portable speaker. DJ music can be played inside the Villa with doors closed and no restrictions.
• Apart from the tariff an additional 1500 rupees will be charged as cleaning charges.
• We love pets but other guests may not. Therefore, a strict “NO”to pets.
• Check in time is at 2.00 PM and check out is at 11.00 AM.
• Cleanliness is a much appreciated trait.
• For 3 night stay linen / towels will not be changed everyday. Ours is a “Go Green” supporting resort. If you want linen and towels to be changed daily, we are happy to offer you the service for an extra cost which you need to confirm when doing the booking with us.
• Daily house keeping is available between 10am and 1 pm.
• Responsibility for broken properties caused by the guests has to be borne by them.
• On arrival, during the check in and registration process the pending payment balance is payable in cash along with the Security deposit. Please note the Villa and rooms will only be accessible once the registration + ID proofs are given and payment is completed as per government rules and regulations.
• We abide by all the laws of the Local, State and Central government agencies. Hence we prohibit gambling, weapons, explosives, drugs etc...
• If a guest is causing nuisance, the management has the right to evict them.
• Security deposit of Rs 10,000 will be taken prior to check-in against breakages, loss, theft and damage etc. and refunded at the time of check out as long as the Villa is returned in the same condition it was given.
• Refundable security depost for events, movie shoot, serial shoot, webseries shoot and photo shoot will be charged on minimum of Rs.50,000 and may increase on case to case basis.
• For events like weddings, receptions or mehendi etc., the venue will be given to the client from the day of the booking. It is the responsibility of the clients to ascertain the time required for decoration or setup and make additional day of booking of the venue, the blue house is not responsible for additional time required for decoration or setup for the events. We strictly value the privacy of our guest staying at our villa and will not allow decoration or event setup to be done for te next day event.
• If you break or dirty or damage anything in the Villa, you must fix or replace or pay for it.
• Swimming pool rules are posted at the pool area. There are no lifeguard services at the pool and all persons using the pool or entering the pool area do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility. The person doing the booking is responsible for all individuals ( including children) using the pool during your entire stay. Children must be supervised by the parents at all times near the swimming pool area.
• Please refrain from using the pool after consuming liquor. Also make sure you don’t drink by the poolside.
• We value your safety, therefore pool usage is not allowed after 9 pm.
• The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damages of valuables. Kindly ensure safe keeping of your belongings by locking the rooms or Villa as applicable.
• If extra individuals are found residing in the Villa, we shall deduct an extra fee per person from the Security deposit. The booking is only for guests who have been confirmed and paid for in advance.
• The Bluehouse reserves the right to use of any photos or videos of events shot at our property for its marketing purposes.
• For the safety of our guests, we have installed surveillance cameras at the entrance gate area and all peripheral areas of the property.
