At The Blue House ECR, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests and event organizers. Please review our refund policy before confirming your reservation.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and acknowledged by The Blue House ECR.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once a booking is confirmed:
- Cancellations are not permitted.
- Rescheduling is not permitted.
- Refunds are not applicable.
We recommend reviewing all event requirements, guest details, dates, and arrangements carefully before making a booking.
Security Deposit Refund
For events involving outside catering, external décor setups, or third-party vendors, a refundable security deposit may be collected.
The security deposit:
- Varies based on the event requirements and guest count.
- Will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout.
- Is subject to a property inspection.
- Will be refunded only if no damages, losses, or policy violations are identified.
Damage & Deduction Policy
Any repair costs, property damages, excessive cleaning charges, or losses caused during the event or stay may be deducted from the security deposit before the balance amount is refunded.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any refund requests outside the standard policy will be reviewed solely at the discretion of The Blue House ECR management.
